The space for lease is designed for a coffee shop cafe approximately 600 square feet.

The Salt Lake City Public Library seeks a qualified vendor to enter into a four (4) year agreement with the Library to operate a coffee shop/cafe at the Marmalade Branch located at 280 West 500 North, Salt Lake City, UT 84103. The cafe space is approximately 185 square feet.
