Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Library recognizes AFSCME Local 1004 as the exclusive representative for negotiation of hours, wages and other conditions of employment for eligible Library employees as recognized by resolution dated January 29, 2025.

This agreement is entered into by and between the Salt Lake City Public Library and AFSCME Local 1004 setting forth the full and complete agreement between the Library and the Union for eligible employees.
